Movie Review: Fanaa

* Amir Khan & Kajol
rating: ****
A love story where protagonist himself is terrorist. Amir Khan a hardcore terrorist falls in love with a blind girl Zuni Ali Baig (Kajol). A romantic story with lots of shairy. There is a twist on every sequence in the movie, a tour guide suddenly turns into a terrorist who later entered into Indian army. But the heroin herself killed her hero, her love just for the sake of humanity and to save the country from the expected Terrorism. Over all nice movie great entertaining. Excellent direction and a tremendous acting by Amir Khan.

After Flood - 26/07 Mumbai

city on high,
with dark clouds,
i was there for a meeting,
no one knew what will happen,
water,water every where,
people running anywhere,
and me,
standing under a flyover,
day was torture,
night horrible,
in the morning we began a great,
walk,walk,walk………………
after that,
people rushing to hospital,
door closed,road closed,
traffic jam no alarm,
after all i reached the home,
now i am safe,
but many unsafe,
living sitting on the roads,
oh God!
help them….

han hatheli pe wahi meri jaan hai,
shru hokar band na hua yeh jhad abtalak,
haan teri tarah mausam beimaan hai.
na charag hai na tubelight jalti hai,
tu bhi kahan ghar se ab nikalti hai,
roshni sab chip gayi andhare mein,
haan teri tarah mausam beimaan hai.

book review

CITY OF JOY:
DOMINIQUE LAPIER IS AN EXCELENT WRITER. PLOT AND THE THEME IS WONDERFUL, WHILE CHARACTERISATION CREATES THE MAGIC ON THE READER'S MIND. STORY IS ABOUT THE SLUMS OF KOLKATA AND WHOLE PLOT REVOLVES AROUND THE POOR PEASANT, WHO MIGRATED TO KOLKATA. THE SURVIVAL OF THE POOR MAN IN A CITY WHERE NO NOBODY CARES. WHO SOLD HIS BLOOD FOR ONE TIME FOOD FOR HIS FAMILY. AND LATER BECAME A RICKSHAW PULLER.
BUT IN THE SAME CITY THERE IS SLUM CALLED "ANAND NAGAR" WHERE PEOPLE DO CARE AND HELP EACH OTHER. IT TEACH'S US NEVER SAY DIE, AFTER EVERY NIGHT THERE IS A MORNING. IT IS VERY INTERESTINGLY WRITTEN AND EVOKES THE HUMAN EMOTIONS.
