Writing about a movie after months, watched Emran Hashmi starrer 'Jannat' today. The movie is all about dreams, desires, aspirations, hopes and ofcourse love. The story revolves around Arjun a small time juggler who wish to fulfill all desires of his lady love (ofcourse, he enforces me too!) became a bookie and later forayed into match-fixing to make quick money.

The much awaited flick from Bhatt camp owns all kinda masala from dishoom dishoom, underworld to romance. On Friday, when movie was released, I did a vox-pop for my channel, and I recieved comments like, "lapalap movie, no chumma no kiss, Emraan cheated us" , actually people just want to see Emraan kissing, the poor guy is still caged in the serial kisser image. But, this time he even acted well.

From a better direction to a better script and beautiful songs, this is what, atleast i expect from Bhatt camp, and i think they did it again and fulfilled my all expectations. Although, Jannat is a new concept but we can easily recollect the similarity of the script and scenes from earlier films of Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt.

The movie is introducing Sonal Chouhan, well she needs to learn acting, lookwise ok! luckily she escaped from Emraan's lips, it may be that story does not require such scenes or censor board took part actively in its job.

The movie is full of macguffins, one just need to sit and clap no requirement of using brains. Well, some of the dialogues are really worth to be praised, like...prostitute or cricketer mein koi farak nahin hota...dono ki jawani khatam toh kahani khatam!

The songs are really gud and having really melodous words, infact i wanna sing this for my love...zara si dil mein de jagah tu, zara sa apna le bana, mein chaahun tujhko meri jaan bepanaah!

Good work Mr. Kunal Deshmukh, as it was your first work. But I would really appreciate your 'sixth sence' atleast you did something uncommon, like hardly one kiss and few intimate scenes, even they are not much revealing, I think you forgot your audience and mind it boss! it may cost you alot as movie is not earning much on box office.

Over all a nice flick, all in all paisa vasool and please dont go for intimate scenes, kindly let Emraan to keep his promise to his lady love.
