Facebook login trouble, need help!

Friends am unable to get into my facebook account and is receiving this msg! plz suggest a solution! As i do not remember if i have put any middle name in account settings, i feel i never did so... Also am connected almost with 1100 people through this account. So can't think of making another account at this stage, i want this account to be active, need your help, kindly suggest the remedy!
