Ik humein se jahaan chalta hai!

Friends, thank you for your greetings on my 200th poem, now am in a dilemma which poem to post next. Since when am writing even i don't remember but my memory goes back to some class 3rd or 4th. My 100th poem was one of the oldest one, which was actually a small song i wrote may be in 3rd or 4th standard. I intended to post one poem as 200th poem, which i wrote in train on train, while travelling from Meerut to Mumbai, somwhere in 1995. But then Salman bhai (Syed Salman - Bureau Chief, Sahara Samay, Mumbai) ordered me to write something afresh. As a result you find this poem here.

Now, i want to give a positive and warm welcome to the beginning of the 300's on this blog. Apart from these poems i have written several others, even more than 500, which are kept in my diary, i will keep posting them here in between. So here, i am posting a poem, which is actually reply to my 200th poem, its about a rising sun, mature, confident man, who is willing to win on his own, who believes in his abilities!

Roz karte hain baatein dil ki hum

Roz manzar yun hi nikalta hai

Kis mein dum hai humein mukar jaye

Har tamasha hamien se palta hai

Saare manzar bhula diye usne

Ik humein se jo kaam chalta hai

Khoob maghrib ki ser sabne ki

Aaj mashriq mein kaam chalta hai

Aasmaan ko padi hai taaron ki

Apne dum se yeh chaand jalta hai

Roz humko subah jagane ko

Ek sooraj kahin nikalta hai

Itne saste bhi hum nahin ASIM

Ik humein se jahaan chalta hai!
